Founder of Consiliarum, Patricia brings together property experience, renovation coordination and international sourcing with a dedication to service developed throughout her career. She understands both the value of a property and the importance of having someone personally responsible for its care.
Life in Buenos Aires, London, Sydney, Alicante and Paris, alongside extensive travel across the Americas, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe, has shaped her open outlook and ability to adapt to different cultures and ways of living. She listens carefully and treats clients, professionals and suppliers with the same consideration.
At British Airways, Patricia welcomed international dignitaries and resolved sensitive situations requiring tact, initiative and discretion. She received the Award for Excellence and, on a separate occasion, a personal handwritten letter from Lord Colin Marshall thanking her for the service that had prompted passengers to write to him in appreciation.
Today, Patricia personally leads each Consiliarum assignment: advising, coordinating the appropriate specialists and following matters through within the agreed scope. Her appreciation of architecture, materials and design informs her care for each property and respect for its creators’ vision.
